Free Community Screening in Ann Arbor

The Interfaith Council for Peace and Justice presents a free screening of the award-winning documentary film NEW MUSLIM COOL, followed by a community discussion, on August 13 in Ann Arbor, MI at Temple Beth Emeth/St. Clare’s Episcopal Church.  Admission is free, but please bring a non-perishable food item for the Food Gatherers food drive.

Al Jazeera filed this very cool report on the night of our national broadcast debut on PBS.  We were gathered at the Mosque of Islamic Brotherhood in Harlem for a screening and discussion hosted by Imam Talib Abdur Rasheed and special guest Felipe Luciano.
